The Illinois Human Performance Project Team
The Illinois Human Performance Project (IL HPP) is a statewide initiative based off the nationally recognized Life of an Athlete Human Performance Project founded by John Underwood. The science-based program emphasizes the impact that sleep, nutrition, chemical health, and mood and mindset have on a student’s ability to achieve optimal performance. This project empowers staff and students to create a culture of accountability and success through leadership development. The IL HPP Team provides support for staff and student development through interactive training modules, in-person conference opportunities, and one-on-one school chapter technical assistance.
