Fueling Athletes' Brains and Bodies:
A Deep Dive into Sports, Performance, Recovery, and Longevity with Sarah Wright

Adolescents are constant targets of social media ads, influencers, and companies who are trying to promote “health and wellness” products advertising themselves as healthy while often having little to no benefit to one’s sport performance or nutrition. It is more important now than ever to assure our athletes receive proper nutrition education so they can make the healthiest and safest decisions regarding their nutrition and chemical health.

Join The Prescription Playbook and Sarah Wright, Director of Sports Nutrition for Illinois State University Athletics, for a webinar focused on fueling athletes brains and bodies. During this webinar we will discuss the importance of nutrition education with athletes, how we can influence positive nutrition choices in our athletes, and equip them with the knowledge and tools to make healthy decisions in and out of season.
