Erika Quezada is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Certified Professional Coach, and the CEO and founder of Lotus Life and Wellness. With more than 15 years of experience, Erika specializes in helping people improve their mental health, manage stress, work through personal and professional change, and enhance overall well-being.

Erika has led many talks and workshops, including on topics such as prioritizing mental health in the workplace, the practice of meditation to create calmness, transforming one’s relationship with stress, realistic self-care strategies for busy people, and the importance of maintaining overall well-being in the workplace. In addition to her frequent workshops, she has been a recurring guest speaker on Telemundo Florida and Minnesota, as well as Univision Chicago. An expert in her field, Erika has been recognized by “40 Under 40” for her contributions to the areas of well-being and mental health.

With a passion for health equity amongst migrant communities residing in the United States, Erika proudly delivers most of her content entirely in Spanish, offering additional invaluable resources for the Spanish-speaking community throughout not only Illinois, but the nation.

Erika describes her mission as simple but meaningful: to empower people to heal, grow, and thrive in all areas of their life. Her devotion to improving mental health outcomes within the Spanish-speaking community has had significant implications for not just those she has worked with directly, but also the family members, friends, and colleagues who share what they have learned with others after attending one of Erika’s talks.
