Illinois Human Performance Project Mid Year Conference 2020

Join the IL HPP Team along with Tyler Pazik for a condensed, two and half hour impactful virtual event! Students and staff will participate in engaging and interactive breakouts and activities designed to develop leadership skills, personal growth, and chapter evolvement!

This virtual training event is geared towards existing middle school and high school IL HPP Chapters.

Registration for this conference will be free and completed through an online form.  All participants, both staff and student, will need to register separately. For students, parent/guardian information and signature is required!

Once you have completed your registration, the IL HPP Team will be mailing home participation packets approximately two weeks prior to Mid-Year!

Keynote Speaker: Tyler Pazik

Tyler Pazik enables coaches, athletes, and administrators to experience greater success in their competitive environment. He assists elite professionals, college-aged students and athletes, top business people and organizations with the end goals of improving systems and boosting performance. His singular focus for people and organizations he works with: progress.

Tyler has worked with sports teams in and out of the Power 5 conferences, Fortune 500 Companies, military professionals, a Heisman Trophy winner, and USA National Teams. His current client list includes Oklahoma University, University of Northern Colorado, University of Maine, a no-hitter recipient, and other high schools and colleges across the country.

Shaped by the principles of peak performance, Tyler believes that consistent behavior leads to consistent results, and that consistent behavior must be continuously optimized and actualized over time. He not only talks the talk, but he walks the walk, having placed first in his age group in a 100 Mile Ultra Marathon on June 1st, 2019. He is constantly challenging his mind and body in triathlons, marathons, and other races across the country as well as rock climbing, downhill mountain biking, and snowboarding in his current place of residence, Salt Lake City, Utah.


Tyler has a Masters Degree in Sport Psychology from Texas Christian University (TCU) and has been continuously acknowledged both regionally and nationally as an industry leader in the field of sport psychology.
