PERFORMANCE ACADEMY WITH JOHN UNDERWOOD
IL HPP is excited to announce a special collaboration with John Underwood, the founder of LOA HPP, this school year! This partnership will include monthly virtual video calls via Zoom for students, staff, and community members to listen and participate in as we discuss the Human Performance Projects core modules related to sleep, nutrition, mood and mindset, chemical health, and leadership.
The format will be more of a Q&A style where IL HPP or a co-sponsor will be moderating the discussion. Our recommendation is to gather students and staff together for a “watch party” in a classroom or conference space during the school day to listen in live or to watch the recordings afterwards. This is not a webinar format in that we would like the classrooms to have a video or webcam on so we can engage and connect with our attendees! There is no registration required to attend.
