Creating a Culture of Excellence and Student Leadership
This is a program that gives staff and students the tools for accountability and positive change: to help students learn the academic side of human performance, practice and teach those integral leadership skills, and even serve the community and younger students.
Illinois Human Performance Project
Watch our program video to learn more about HPP, hear from the founder John Underwood, meet local chapter advisors, learn from student participants, and see the project in action!

IAHPERD
Last year, the Illinois Human Performance Project (IL HPP) and the Prescription Playbook (Rx Playbook) presented “Stretching Your Mind” and “Preventing Substance Misuse Among Adolescent Athletes.” This year, we will present “Sleep More, Worry Less” and “Understanding Fentanyl.” Last year, we connected with educators statewide and look forward to learning from everyone we meet this December 4th!
Fall Webinar Mind & Body Connections
Join The Prescription Playbook with Dr. Sterling Elliott, PharmD, BCMTMS, and Dylan Edwards, DPT, as they explore the mind-body connection in athletic injury and recovery. Learn how to support athletes through mindful pain management, harness the power of the mind in recovery, and gain practical tools to help both yourself and your athletes thrive after injury.
