CADS offers a variety of substance abuse services focused on support, care, and treatment designed to meet the needs of families and individuals of all age groups in the community.

Services for youth include evaluation, outpatient treatment, and continuing care. Prevention services include tobaccos and Rx drugs.

Services include adolescent substance misuse, overdose education, Nalaxone training, addiction recovery, and inpatient rehab.

Services include crisis services, adolescent outpatient treatment, adult outpatient treatment, and continuing care. Prevention services include workplace training, diversion class, and adult/adolescent insight class. All services are offered in Spanish.

Rosecrans Quad Cities has prevention services, treatment education, and support education. Adolescent services include partial hospitalization and day treatment programs, outpatient treatment, aftercare and ongoing support, and recovery support group.

Adult services include adult outpatient treatment and adult residential extended care. Prevention services include youth prevention education in schools (Too Good for Drugs), teen/parent communication campaign, parent/family education, Prevention Week, DEA Drug Take Back, and Illinois Youth Survey (IYS) promotion.
